Terms & Conditions


Section 1- fees

  • All fees must be paid in advance.
  • One month notice is required if you/your child wishes to leave.
  • we reserve the right to refuse entry if fees are in arrears.
  • late fees will incur a £10 penalty every week that payment is late

section 2 - refunds

  • Any payments made for things such as shows, exams, workshops will not be refunded unless cancelled by ourselves.
  • ADC cannot and will not give refunds for non attendance, holiday, sickness, weather inclement, any acts of god including covid or other commitments.
  • ADC cannot and will not refund those who leave mid month.

Section 3 - photography and marketing

We must have your full and explicit consent to take photographs or record videography for the purpose of ADC social media and marketing.

If you do not consent you must notify us via email @ argylldanceco@outlook.com, please note this may limit the activities your child can be involved in.

Admin fee

Please note there is a £12 one off admin fee collected with your first month of subscription, this is to cover costs associated with admin for setting up on our system.

Membership Fee

Please note there is a yearly membership fee of £20 which comes out in your September subscription every year. This covers things such as This helps to cover things such as: Insurance, First aid training, Data protection fee, Safeguarding training, Marketing & admin, Seasonal gifts & cards, Equipment & props.
